This breakfast recipe is more in the style of the Mom (i.e. does not contain sweet things); but, Alex and Soph like it, too. In fact, Soph says it’s one of the best breakfasts ever.
When we demonstrate the recipe on Two Kids Cooking TV, you’ll get to see each of our favorite add-in ingredients. You can use any of your favorites, but leftovers work too. You can also prepare each of the add-in ingredients the night before, so in the morning, you just put everything in the baking cup, bake and eat–easy and tasty. Oh, an another benefit, since you can customize each one to the person who will be eating, these are perfect if you have someone who might have specific flavor needs ;D

Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1 to 2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Ham, chopped into pieces
- Chopped tomatoes
- Chopped onions
- Fresh Basil, chopped
- Bacon, cooked and chopped
- Cheese (whatever you prefer)
- Other leftovers you have and like that may be good together.
Instructions
- First, add 2 to 3 of the optional ingredients to the bottom of a greased ramekin.
- Next, crack 1 egg over the ingredients.
- Top the mixture with 1 to 2 Tbsps of Heavy Cream
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the ramekins in a cake pan and fill with hot water so the ramekins are halfway submerged.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes, until the egg sets.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5 to 10 minutes
- Serve!
